Brand Story—
UNSTUCK MINDS
Unstuck Minds brought me on to transform a raw startup concept into a fully realized digital platform that reimagines how teams collaborate, communicate, and address organizational friction. As a contracted Creative Director and UX architect, I built the product from the ground up—developing the strategic framework, designing the logo and full brand identity, and establishing a cohesive visual and interactive language for the platform. I mapped user flows, designed a modular dashboard experience, and crafted the interfaces that deliver curated exercises, capture user inputs, and surface team insights. From brand design to UX architecture, I shaped every touchpoint of a sophisticated, psychology-driven product built for enterprise scale that was also fun and inviting.
Challenge:
Unstuck Minds needed more than brand and product development—they needed a functional, scalable product capable of supporting complex team-development programs for organizations large and small. The platform had to deliver curated, psychology-informed exercises, store and organize individual user responses, and reveal patterns across entire teams. Leadership also required a centralized way to monitor engagement, identify cultural friction points, and act on meaningful insights.
Strategy, Execution, & Results
I created the complete brand identity, visual system, and communication style for Unstuck Minds, then defined the product architecture and built the full UX/UI system—including interfaces, journey maps, interactive exercises, and analytics—and architected the experience for a custom-trained guidance bot. The result was a cohesive, enterprise-ready platform that streamlined workshops, improved team understanding, and positioned Unstuck Minds as a modern, insight-driven partner in organizational development.
Personalized Learning Journeys
As Creative Director on Unstuck Minds’ custom client workshop experiences, I created tailored branding, language, and exercises that aligned with each client's culture and strategic goals. This included designing immersive sessions with client-specific visuals, tools, and narrative elements—often featuring fictional brands and real-world scenarios that helped participants explore decision-making and behavioral responses during major change events like mergers and culture integrations. I also developed leadership workshops and materials, and created fully branded, trademarked versions of Unstuck Minds’ products for enterprise clients, delivering long-term brand engagement and lasting relationships with Unstuck Minds' partners.
